1-2-3 Peach Pie
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 Tbs. flour
3 eggs beaten
1 unbaked 9" pie shell

Directions:
Stir flour and sugar together; add beaten eggs and mix. Pour over peaches in a bowl; stir until all peaches are covered. Put in pie shell and bake at 400 for 35 minutes. This is quick, easy and luscious.
