Appetizer Meatballs


1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup soft bread crumbs
1/3 c. grated parmesan cheese
1/3 cup chopped onion
1 egg


Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Roll into 3/4 inch meatballs. Broil on middle rack. Put in crockpot. Pour on sauce. Heat in pot for 2 hours on slow.

SAUCE: 1/2 c. apricot preserves - 1/2 c. barbecue sauce - 2 Tbs. water. Makes about 5 doz..
