Bacon Buns
Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1 egg, beaten
Pepper
4 pkgs. Pillsbury biscuit
1 lb. bacon
1 medium onion
1 egg, beaten
Pepper
4 pkgs. Pillsbury biscuit
Directions:
Cut bacon finely and dice onion. Fry until bacon is partially cooked (do not make bacon crisp). Add pepper to taste. Separate the biscuit and flatten. Add about 1 tsp. bacon mixture and fold biscuit over. Make sure biscuit is sealed and place seam down on ungreased jelly roll pan. Brush with egg. Bake at 350 for about 20 minutes. Makes 40 rolls. Can be frozen after baking.
