Baked Boston Bluefish
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. Boston Blue
Salt and pepper to taste
3 Tbs. melted butter
1/2 tsp. Tarragon
Paprika

Directions:
Place fillets in a single layer in a shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine butter and tarragon. Pour over fish. Sprinkle with Paprika. Bake at 400 about 15 minutes, until fish flakes.
