Baked Shrimp-Crab Salad
Ingredients:
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 c. celery, finely cut
1 can crab meat, shredded
1 can shrimp
2/3 to 1 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. buttered bread crumbs

1 c. buttered bread crumbs
Directions:
Combine green pepper, onion and celery. Remove tendons from crab meat and flake. Remove black line from shrimp and cut into pieces. Mix crab and shrimp with vegetables. Add mayonnaise and seasonings. Place in buttered baking dish. Cover top with bread crumbs mixed with butter. Bake at 350 until top is nicely browned, about 30 minutes.
Makes 8 Servings
