Barley Hot Dish
Ingredients:
1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 onion
1 c. celery
1 small green pepper (optional)
1 1/2 c. barley, uncooked
1 No. 2 can peas with liquid
1 No. 2 can tomatoes
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Chopped parsley

Directions:
Brown hamburger, onion, celery and green pepper. Place in casserole. Add parsley, undrained peas, tomatoes and mushroom soup. Bake at 350 for 1 hour or until done.
