Beef Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 cans (14 1/2 oz. each) Italian stewed tomatoes
2 cans(10 1/2 oz.each) beef broth
1 can (16 oz.) mixed vegetables, drained
1 tsp. dried oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. uncooked egg noodles
1 lb. ground beef

Directions:
In a soup kettle, brown beef and onion; drain. Add tomatoes, broth,vegetables and seasonings. Bring to a boil; add noodles. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover and cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until noodles are done.
Makes 6-8 Servings
