Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground ham
1/2 c. rice
1 lg. cabbage
2 jars sauerkraut
Pepper
3 lbs. ground ham
1/2 c. rice
1 lg. cabbage
2 jars sauerkraut

Directions:
Cut core out of cabbage; cover with boiling water and boil until outer leaves are soft. Mix ham and rice. Roll meat mixture into cabbage leaves. Place layer of sauerkraut on bottom of large pan and place filled cabbage leaves; when bottom of pan is covered, place layer of sauerkraut over cabbage leaves. Continue until all ingredients are used. Pepper to taste, cover with boiling water and simmer gently for 2 hours. Serve with boiled potatoes.
