Cheese Bacon Canapes
Ingredients:
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese
3 strips bacon
1/4 tsp. green pepper ,chopped
2 tsp. onion, chopped
2 tsp. mayonnaise
20 to 24 2" bread cubes
4 oz. grated sharp cheddar cheese

20 to 24 2" bread cubes
Directions:
Coarsely grate the cheese. Add bacon that has been fried and crumbled, pepper, onion and mayonnaise. Mix well. Take 4 slices of bread, remove the crusts and cut into 2" squares. Toast bread squares under broiler (one side). Spread untoasted side with cheese mixture. Return to broiler and broil until brown and bubbly.
