Coconut Macaroons
Ingredients:
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/3 c. flour
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut

Directions:
In a bowl, combine flour, coconut and salt. Add milk and vanilla; mix well (batter will be stiff). Drop by Tbs. one inch aoart onto a greased baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Remove to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 1 1/2 dozen.
