Confetti Corn
Ingredients:
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen whole kernel corn
6 green onions, chopped, tops included
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. butter
1 Tbs. diced pimiento or red pepper

Directions:
Put corn in steamer and place over a pan containing a small amount of water. Cover and cook until tender; drain. Meanwhile, saute onions and garlic in a saucepan with butter until tender, about 5 minutes. Add corn and pimiento to onion. Reduce heat and cook 5 minutes longer.
Makes 4 Servings
