Corn Pudding
Ingredients:
4 fresh ears of corn
3 egg yolks
2 Tbs. sugar
2 Tbs. butter, melted
2 c. milk
3 stiffly beaten egg whites

Directions:
Cut off corn and scrape cobs. Measure 1 3/4 c. corn. Beat egg yolks till thick and lemon colored. Stir in corn, sugar, butter and 1 tsp. salt. Slowly beat in milk. Fold in egg whites. Bake in 8x8x2" baking dish at 350 degrees till knife inserted off-center comes out clean, 45-60 minutes.
