Corn and Sausage Scallop
Ingredients:
1 c. milk
2 eggs
1 Tbs. flour
1 16 oz. can cream style corn
1 3 oz. can chopped mushrooms, drained
3 c. bite-sized shredd corn cereal, crushed
1 8 oz. pkg. brown-and-serve sausage links

Directions:
In mixing bowl combine milk, eggs, and flour; beat till smooth. stir in cream-style corn, mushtooms, and 1 c. of the crushed corn cereal. Turn into an 8x1 1/2" round baking dish. Arrange sausages in spoke design. Sprinkle withg remaining 1/2 c. crushed cereal. Bake at 350 till knife inserted off-center comes out clean, 40-45 minutes.
