Crab Meat Appetizer
Ingredients:
1 6 oz. can crab meat
3 tsp. butter
2 tsp. cream
1/2 lb. Old English Cheese
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 drops Tabasco sauce.
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
Dash pepper

Directions:
Heat crab meat, butter, cream and cheese over low heat. Simmer till cheese melts, add remainder of ingredients- remove from heat and place in shallow buttered baking dish.
Bake at 350 for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve hot on crackers.
