Creamy Lima Beans
Ingredients:
1 lb. lima beans, shelled or 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen lima beans
2 Tbs. sliced green onion with tops
1 Tbs. butter
1 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. milk
2 Tbs. brown sugar
1/2 c. sour cream

1/2 c. sour cream
Directions:
Cook fresh lima beans until tender or for frozen beans, follow pkg. directions. Drain. In medium saucepan cook green onion in butter till tender but not brown. Blend in flour, 1/4 tsp. salt, and dash pepper. Add milk and brown sugar. Cook, stirring constantly, till thickened and bubbly. Stir sour cream and drained cooked limas into sauce mixture. Heat through, but do not boil.
