Fried Baked Chicken
Ingredients:
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
Buttermilk
2 c. flour
3 Tbs. cayenne pepper
2 Tbs. garlic salt or garlic powder
1 tsp. salt ( more if using garlic powder)
1 Tbs. paprika
1 tsp. black pepper
Olive or canola oil for frying
Cooking spray

Directions:
Marinate chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 3 hours or over night. Combine all other ingredients in a large plastic bag, Mix well. Drain excess liquid from chicken and deredge in flour. Brown in frying pan over medium heat. When browned on both sides, place on paper towels to drain off excess oil. Spray bottom of 13x9" baking dish. Place chicken in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes.
