Ingredients:
1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt1/3 c. boiling water
1/3 c. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Combine sugar, cocoa, and salt. Add water and butter; blend. Add vanilla. Enough to frost an 8 or 9" layer cake.
