Grilled Squash With Onions
Ingredients:
6 medium yellow squash, cut into ½ inch slices
3 medium onions, cut into1/2 inch slices
1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground pepper
2 Tablespoons butter, cut into 8 pieces

Directions:
1. Prepare a medium fire. Alternate squash and onion slices in rows on a large sheet of heavy-duty aluminum foil. Sprinkle vegetables with garlic salt, salt and pepper.
Dot with butter. Fold foil securely to seal.
2. Place foil package on grill set 4 to 6 inches from coals. Cook without turning until vegetables are crisp-tender when pierced with a fork, about 15 to 20 minutes.
