Hash and Eggs

Ingredients:

1 15 oz. can corned beef hash
4 eggs
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
Paprika

Directions:

Spread hash in 4 individual casseroles. Make a depression in each with back of a spoon. Break 1 egg into each; do not season. Spoon 2 Tbs. milk over each; top with cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350 till almost set, 18 to 20 minutes. Top with paprika; let stand 5 minutes.

Makes 4 Servings
