Hot Bacon Dressing
Ingredients:
4 slices bacon
2 Tbs. cider vinegar
2 Tbs. water
1 Tbs. sugar
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Cook bacon in a large skillet until crisp; remove bacon, reserviong drippings in skillet. Crumble bacon and set aside. Add vinegar, water, and sugar to drippings in skillet; bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Gradually stir one-fourth of hot mixture into beaten egg; add egg mixture to skillet, stirring constantly, until thickened. Stir in bacon. Immediately toss warm dressing over salad greens. Makes 1/2 cup.
