Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
4 c. sifted powdered sugar
2 tsp. grated lemon rind
2 to 2 1/2 Tbs. lemon juice
1/2 c. butter

Directions:
Cream butter at medium speed; gradually add sugar, beating until light and fluffy. Add lemon rind and lemon juice; beat until smooth. Makes 2 cups.
