Lemon Fruit Sauce
Ingredients:
8 oz. sour cream
1/2 c. sifted powdered sugar
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
1 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl, stirring with a wire whisk until blended. Cover and chill at least 8 hours. Makes 1 cup.
