Mexican Hummus
Ingredients:
5 cloves garlic
2 (15 oz.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 c. tahini
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. ground cumin
5 drops hot sauce

Directions:
Position knife blade in food processor bowl. Drop garlic through food chute with processor running; process 3 seconds or until garlic is minced. Add beans and remaining ingredients; cover and process until smooth, stopping once to scrape down sides. Transfer dip to a serving bowl. Serve with pita bread chips. Makes 3 cups.
