Mushroom Casserole
Ingredients:
3 lbs. fresh mushrooms
1/2 sm. onion, diced
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 pt. light cream or half and half
1 pkg. seasoned bread crumbs

Directions:
Clean and slice mushrooms. Boil 20 minutes. Drain well. Saute onion in butter. Add mushrooms and cream. place in buttered baking dish. Slice cheese and lay on top. Dot with butter. Bake at 325 for 30 minutes.
