Mushroom Soup
Ingredients:
1 c. mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbs. butter
2 Tbs. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 Tbs. chopped onion
2 c. chicken broth
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. half and half

Directions:
Saute mushrooms and onions in the butter for 5 minutes. Add broth and heat thoroughly. Add flour to slightly thicken. Five minutes before serving, add half and half and spices.
