Oven Ribs
Ingredients:
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 Tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
4 lbs. ribs
1/2 c. molasses
1/4 c. vinegar

Directions:
Combine first 6 ingredients in a saucepan; bring mixture to a boil. Remove from heat, and set aside. Cut ribs into serving-size pieces; place meaty side down in a large shallow pan. Bake, uncovered, at 450 for 30 minutes. Drain off excess fat. Reduce heat to 350. Turn ribs over, bake an additional 50 to 60 minutes. Brush ribs with sauce during last 30 minutes of cooking.
