Peach Pie
Ingredients:
Pastry for double 9" crust
3/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbs. butter
Pastry for double 9" crust

1/4 c. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
6 c. sliced fresh peaches
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 Tbs. butter
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 degrees. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon, peaches and lemon juice in a large bowl. Spoon filling into unbaked pie shell. Dot with butter. Cover with top crust. Flute and vent crust. Cover edge with aluminum foil. bake for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes or until crust is golden.
