Rhubarb Coffee Cake
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 egg
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 ts. vanilla
3/4 tsp. salt
2 c. rhubarb, cut up fine

Directions:
Mix all together. Fold rhubarb in last. Spread in a 13x9" greased pan. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon and chopped nuts. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes, or till done.
