Sausage Squash Dinner
Ingredients:
1 lb. bulk pork sausage
1 clove garlic, crushed
4 c. sliced summer squash
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. milk
1 Tbs. snipped parsely
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 beaten eggs

Directions:
Cook sausage and garlic till meat is brown; drain off excess fat. Cook squash, covered, in small amount of water till tender; drain. Stir squash and next 6 ingredients into meat; fold in eggs. Transfer to 10x6x 1 1/2" baking dish. Bake at 325 for 25-30 minutes.
Makes 4-6 Servings
