Scalloped Corn and Oysters
Ingredients:
5 c. cracker crumbs
2 pt. oysters, drained
2 No.2 cans whole-kernel corn, drained
1 c. butter
2/3 c. milk
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Place 1/3 of crumbs in a large buttered baking dish. Arrange laters of half the oysters and corn over the crumbs. top with another 1/3 of the crumbs; repeat layers. Combine butter and milk and pour over casserole. Season to taste. Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes.
