Shrimp Scampi
Ingredients:
2 lbs. med. shrimp peeled
2 Tbs. butter
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Dash of Tobasco sauce
Finely chopped onion (season to taste)
Toasted bread, cut in 1" squares
2 lbs. med. shrimp peeled

Toasted bread, cut in 1" squares
Directions:
Melt butter; do not brown. Add shrimp, lemon juice, salt, pepper, Tobasco ande onions. Cook on med. for 7-10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place cooked shrimp on platter or in bowl. Arrange squares of toast around scampi. Dip shrimp out of sauce to eat and use the sauce as a dip for toast.
