Strawberries in Balsamic Vinegar
Ingredients:
2 pints fresh strawberries
2 to 3 pkg. Sweet and Low
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 pints fresh strawberries
2 to 3 pkg. Sweet and Low
1 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
Directions:
Wash and hull the strawberries. Halve or slice the strawberries, depending on the size and your personal preference. Place them in a shallow pans and sprinkle with sweetner. Cover container tightly with plastic wrap and let sit for several hours. Stir the strawberries occasionally. If they sit for more than 3 hours, refrigerate, but allow them to return to room temperature before serving. Sprinkle berries with vinegar 1/2 hour or less before serving.
