White Sauce
Ingredients:
2 Tbs. butter
1 1/2 Tbs. flour
1 c. water or chicken soup, or more

Directions:
Melt butter; add flour; stir. Add liquid, stirring to boiling point.
Note: White sauce is more digestible if it simmers awhile.
