Apricot Bars
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. quick-cooking rolled oats
1 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. apricot preserves

Directions:
Sift together dry ingredients; stir in oats and sugar. Cut in butter till crumbly; pat 2/3 of the crumbs in 11x7x1 1/2" pan. Spread with preserves; top with remaining crumbs. Bake at 375 about 35 minutes. Cool. Makes 2 1/2 dozen.
