Artichoke Tarts for 32
Ingredients:
32 wonton wrappers (3 1/4" x3 1/4")
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 Tablespoons Roasted Red Bell Pepper, chopped
14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts (water packed), chopped
32 wonton wrappers (3 1/4" x3 1/4")
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon dijon mustard
4 Tablespoons Roasted Red Bell Pepper, chopped
14 oz. can Artichoke Hearts (water packed), chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray mini muffin pans with cooking spray. Gently press wonton wrappers into muffin cups, allowing edges to extend. Spray edges with cooking spray. Combine cheeses, cayenne and mustard. Mix well. Stir in peppers and artichoke hearts. Spoon about 1 to 2 tsp. in each cup.Bake until cheese mixture is set and edges are lightly browned, about 15 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
