Directions:
Cut squash in half crosswise, remove seeds and strings. Brush hollow with butter and bake cut side up at 350 for 35 to 45 minutes, or until tender. Season with salt and pepper and additional 1/2 tsp. butter. Serve in the shell, 1/2 squash per person depending on the size of the squash.
