Baked Acorn Squash
Ingredients:
3 acorn squash
6 Tbs. honey or syrup
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. pork sausage
1 tsp. sage

1 tsp. sage
Directions:
Wash each squash and cut in half. Remove seeds and strings. Put a Tbs. of honey in each half and sprinkle with salt and powdered sage. Fill the cavity with pork sausage and top with bread crumbs. Place halves in baking pan and about 1" of water. Cover and bake at 400 for 40 minutes. Remove cover and allow to brown.
