Baked Sausage Pie
Ingredients:
1 lb. fresh sausage
4 c. diced cooked potatoes
2 onions, minced
1/2 c. diced celery
1 Tbs. chopped parsley
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Milk to cover mixture
Pastry for bottom and top crust
1 lb. fresh sausage

Pastry for bottom and top crust
Directions:
Line the bottom and sides of a flat baking dish with pastry.
Fill dish with alternate layers of fresh sausage and cooked, diced potatoes.
Add onion, celery and seasoning.
Cover mixture with hot milk and add top crust.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
Makes 6-8 Servings
