Baked Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients:
12 large mushrooms
1/2 lb. bacon
2 to 3 Tbs. minced onion
1/8 tsp. seasoned salt
Mayonnaise to moisten
1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Wipe mushrooms with a damp paper towel; remove stems. Brown bacon in a skillet and drain off fat. Crumble bacon and mix with onion, salt and mayo. Fill caps with mix and top each with cheese. Press cheese into filling. Bake at 325 for 20 minutes.
