Beef Stroganoff Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. round steak, cubed
1 lg. onion, cut in rings
Salt and pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 can sliced mushrooms or sliced fresh mushrooms
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. macaroni, cooked

Directions:
Brown meat and onions; add seasonings and mushrooms. Add mushroom soup; simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from heat; mix in sour cream. Combine meat mixture with macaroni; bake in a casserole for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
