Breakfast Burritos
Ingredients:
For each burrito:
1 slice bacon
1 Tbs. butter
1 flour tortilla
1 egg, beaten
1 Tbs. salsa
2 Tbs. grated Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese

Directions:
Prepare bacon and set aside, melt butter in skillet and add egg. While egg is cooking, lay cheese, crumbled bacon, and salsa in the center. Fold sides toward middle and flip over like an omelet. When cheese is melted. remove from pan and place in the center of a warm tortilla. Fold botto, up halfway and then each side over the middle, Makes a great breakfast sandwich to eat and run.
