Butter Creams
Ingredients:
1/2 c. butter, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
2 Tbs. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. salt
10 oz. chocolate-flavored candy coating
1/2 c. butter, softened

Directions:
Cream butter; gradually add sugar, beating well. Stir in milk, vanilla,and salt. Chill several hours or until firm. Shape into 3/4" balls.
Place candy coating in top of a double boiler; bring water to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cook until coating melts. Dip each ball of candy into coating. Place on wax paper to cool. Makes 5 dozen.
