Cabbage Rolls
Ingredients:
Mix together:
1 lb. ground beef
1 sm. onion
1/2 c. rice, cooked
1 egg1
1/2 tsp. salt
Mix together:

Directions:
Place in cabbage leaves that have been parboiled. Be sure to slice off the high ridge on the leaf. Roll up thr leaf, starting at the thicker end, tucking in the sides as you do.
Place some tomato soup in a crock pot. Layer your cabbage rolls in the pot. Pour remaining soup over rolls. Cook on high for 6-8 hours. For best flavor, I use either Progesso hearty tomato or tomato basil soup.
