Ingredients:
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 c. grated carrots

Directions:
Mix well and add carrots last. Bake in 3 round or 1 oblong pan at 325 until done.
FROSTING:
1 stick margarine
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 box 10x sugar
Mix well and spread on cake.
