Cheesy Squash Casserole
Ingredients:
1 lb. squash, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
3 Tbs. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. grated cheese
1 c. cracker crumbs
Salt

Directions:
Combine squash, onion and butter; cook. Drain and mash. Add remaining ingredients, reserving 1/2 c. cheese to sprinkle over top. Pour into buttered casserole dish. Bake at 375 until firm. Sprinkle cheese on top after casserole is done.
