Chicken and Rice
Ingredients:
Fry 2 chicken breasts in butter
Remove chicken - let drippings in pan.
Add 1 can cream of chicken soup and 1 1/2 c. water.
Bring to boil.

Directions:
Place 1 1/3 cup of rice in baking dish. Put chicken on top and pour hot soup over chicken and rice.Bake covered at 350 for 45 minutes.
