Creamed Celery
Ingredients:
1 qt. cooked celery
1 Tbs. flour
1/2 c. evaporated milk
2 Tbs. vinegar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Beat egg, add sugar, beat until real foamy. Add flour, vinegar and milk. Blend well. Drain celery. Add above mixture, stir and simmer until thickened. Do not boil.
