Creamy Apple Crisp
Ingredients:
3 c. sliced, peeled apples
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. sour cream
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbs. flour
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
TOPPING:
1/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
1/4 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. white sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, room temperature

TOPPING:

1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. butter, room temperature
Directions:
Place apple slices in a 2 quart casserole or baking dish. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, flour, egg and vanilla. Beat until light. Stir mix into apple slices. To prepare topping; combine oatmeal, flour, sugars and cinnamon. Cut in butter. Sprinkle topping on apples. Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes until golden.
Makes 4-6 Servings
