Crock Pot Beef Stew
Ingredients:
1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. olive oil
1 lb. carrots, cut in 1" pieces
1 lb. potatoes, cut in bite size cubes
1 lb. onions, cut in wedges
1 lb. chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 c. frozen peas
1 1/4 c. water
1 lb. beef stew meat, cubed
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. olive oil
1 lb. carrots, cut in 1" pieces
1 lb. potatoes, cut in bite size cubes
1 lb. onions, cut in wedges
1 lb. chopped tomatoes
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 c. frozen peas
1 1/4 c. water
Directions:
Shake beef cubes in bag to which you placed the flour. Brown in olive oil. Place all ingredients in crock pot and cook on low for 6 hours or until tender.
