Crusty Fried Oysters
Ingredients:
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbs. cold water
1 (12 oz.) container fresh Select oysters, drained
1 1/2 c. saltine cracker crumbs
Vegetable oil

Directions:
Combine egg and water. Dip oysters in egg mixture, and roll each in cracker crumbs. Fry in hot oil (375 degrees) about 2 minutes or until golden brown, turning to brown both sides. Drain on paper towels.
